Owner, Trainer, Coach, Consultant
Sherry Johnson, MEd, CTF, inspires participants to drive change. With a background in arts education, community organizing, and volunteer coordination, she understands the power of a clear, compelling, and shared purpose as a baseline for group development.
Sherry enjoys working with resistant populations by embracing productive dissent. Sherry incorporates current brain research into her training and practice, allowing her to engage intuition and promote mindfulness in group settings.
Sherry most enjoys applying ToP tools within complex adaptive systems to generate emergent strategy at her consultancy, In the Swing.

Founder, Trainer, Coach
Molly Shaw has 20 years’ experience as a facilitator. As a public health professional, she provided leadership to move projects forward to get effective results. She has used ToP methods internationally, facilitating community development projects in Japan and Korea. Her volunteer work includes consulting for churches and community boards. She has been a ToP trainer since 2008.
When she’s not facilitating, Molly enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, playing golf, and playing with her grandchildren.
Molly is a Certified ToP Facilitator, a ToP Mentor Trainer and has a Master’s Degree in Public Health.
Trainer, Coach, Consultant
Teresa Lingafelter, PhD is the principal of Strategic Solutions, PNW. In that position she provides group facilitation, participatory strategic planning and collaborative program evaluation to companies, nonprofits, and government agencies.
With a strong bias toward maximum participation and plan implementation, her work results in concrete action. By integrating the multiple perspectives of the group, participants better understand their situation and produce more targeted strategies and action plans.
Teresa is known for her process clarity, content neutrality, humor, intellectual rigor, positive energy and ability to deal with conflict.
Coach, Consultant, Apprentice Trainer
Mike Beebe joined Facilitator’s Northwest in 2011 after completing a year-long ToP intensive program. He uses ToP with grassroots social justice organizations to facilitate deeper, more meaningful conversations about their missions and visions for a more just world.
With over 25 years of experience managing youth & adult leadership programs, Mike started Leadership for Change in 2004. He’s particularly passionate about partnering with young people to create positive social change, and in racial equity work. As a part-time stay at home dad, he enjoys sharing Seattle culture with his daughter.
